About the Authors

Dr. M.R. Das is a former Executive Director (HR) of Marketing Division in Indian Oil Corporation. A PhD in management from IIT(ISM), Dhanbad and PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has been conferred title of Global “Ambassador of Social Chess” by FIDE. He has also co-authored a book titled “De-mystifying Essentials of Statistics” along with his father Professor N.C. Das.

Mohit Ranjan Das is Ed-tech leader and POSH expert on a mission to re-engineer workplace culture. Certified as POSH expert by IALM and has earned credentials on Positive Psychology and emotional intelligence from University of Pennsylvania. He has also co-authored a book titled “Data Science for Prediction” and a scopus indexed research paper titled “Spirituality at Workplace: A Report from Ground Zero”.

Rashi Ghosh is a graduate in Sociology, Psychology and Economics from Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru. She holds a Masters’ degree in Fashion Styling & Image creation. She also holds a professional certification in POSH Act, 2013 – Compliance & Internal Committee (IC) training from IALM.
