Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Policy on Returns
Pack all the items in the original packaging. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets. Please note items found used or if any enclosed serial key scratch card is tampered or if the books are found photocopied, we have the right to return the items back to you.
After Packing, dispatch the parcel to the below address:

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
Please note: DVD and electronic products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Before dispatching, we will obtain confirmation from the buyer. Once we receive confirmation, we will dispatch.
To return the items, Customers must submit a copy of proof of purchase.
Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:
Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 5 (Five) calendar days from the moment of receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception is defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.
Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case, the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
Our return and refund policy is described above. As per our policy, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Refund or Exchange Policy
We will refund the full amount including the shipping charges for items which were returned due to a defect and also reimburse the customer cost of sending the item back to us after they provide the courier/postal receipt mentioning the amount incurred. If the customer is looking for an exchange, then we will send the replacement copy if the stocks are available with us or the distributor/manufacturer/publisher. We will inform the customer and will mutually decide on the exchange or refund, depending on case to case basis.
